1. OFFER
Offers do not commit the Company to define supply contracts.
Contracts concluded by Company agents-representatives are understood
to be definitive only after regular acceptance by the Company
itself.
2. ORDERS
These are accepted in the form of a reservation and do not commit
the company to deliver, even partially, what is ordered.
We do not accept orders for amounts of less than 250 EURO, VAT
excluded.
3. PRICES
The prices do not include VAT and are those on force at
the moment of delivery and are anyway not binding.
4. DELIVERIES
Delivery term is 4 weeks and is to be intended Ex-works unless a different delivery condition is agreed with the Company.
5. PACKAGING
Packaging is invoiced at pure cost price and we do not accept
returned packaging.
6. COMPLAINTS - RETURNS
Complaints concerning goods quality and quantity are only valid
if made in writing within 8 days from receipt of the goods. We
do not accept goods in return without our prior written authorisation.
Goods contested with reason must be returned carriage paid and
will be simply replaced with no other obligation on the Company’s
part.
In no case will return material be accepted if it is found to
be tampered with.
7. QUANTITIES SENT
The company reserves the right to vary the quantities by rounding
them up on the basis of its own standard packaging.
8. PAYMENTS
Payments must be made to our domicile according to the times and
methods indicated in the invoice.
Any payments collected by agents-representatives are only understood
to have been made at the moment the sums involved arrive at the
Company.
Payments cannot be suspended, even in the case of disputes. After
the agreed deadlines have elapsed, default interest at the current
rate will be calculated.
Delay in payment authorises us to suspend any supplies in progress,
without warning.
9. PRODUCT IMAGE AND MODIFICATION
The illustrations, descriptions and sizes contained in our catalogues
are intended to display the products and do not lead to any obligation
of faithful execution.
The Company reserves the right to make any changes it believes
necessary to further improve the quality of its own products.
10. GUARANTEE
GS products are all tested and controlled before being placed
on the market and are guaranteed against fabrication defects for
a period of 5 years for chromed finishes and for 2 years for the
thermostatic cartridges (GS-TERMO range).
The guarantee includes:
- casting defects
- chroming defects
- porosity defects
- fabrication defects accepted by our technical office.
The guarantee is no longer valid in the following cases:
- deterioration of the chrome due to the use of products containing
acids or abrasive substances.
- deterioration of non-chromed surfaces; their life is in fact
subordinate to how the user cares for them.
- incorrect product installation and use.
- labour costs for the replacement of defective parts.
N.B. We advise cleaning the surfaces of our products with water
and soap, using a soft cloth.
11. LEGAL EFFECTS
The court of Brescia will decide all disputes.
